A pair of Rottweilers helped four people escape unharmed from a fire that heavily damaged a two-family house at 119 Division St. early Sunday. Charles Spencer, who lived on the first floor, was awakened to the fire by his two Rottweilers, and he alerted a woman and her two young children on the second floor.
Two boys are playing football in Central Park when one is attacked by a rabid Rottweiler.
